The trans women in the United States have faced a constant genocide and a transfemicide state of emergency. For trans men, they have also faced a genocidal state. For trans women, this has been exacerbated into both a transfemicide and a trans genocide simultaneously. What is transmisogyny if not the double exacerbation of oppression beyond simple transphobia? What is transmisogynoir if not this but trifold? What is SWERF transmisogynoir if not this but fourfold? Our society has placed the Black trans woman, especially the Black trans woman sex worker, at the centre of oppression; transmisogynoir is the fulcrum. The main manifestation of both trans genocide and the transfemicide has been the targeted racist murders of Black trans bodies.

TRANSMISOGYNOIR IS THE FULCRUM PRECISELY BECAUSE BLACK TRANS WOMEN ARE AT THE CENTRE OF MYRIAD, MULTI LAYERED OPPRESSION. THERE IS NO JUSTICE BECAUSE BLACK TRANS PEOPLE HAVE TO LIVE IN CONSTANT FEAR. THIS MEANS GENDERICIDE, TRANS GENOCIDE, TRANSFEMICIDE ARE EXPLICITLY RACIAL AND EMBODIED BY THE DESTRUCTION AND THE BRUTALITY OF THE BLACK BODY BY THE RACIST POLICE STATE SETTLER PROJECT.

Enough of the vague unity statements our so-called revolutionary organisations endlessly insist on — it is a question of life or death, much like socialism or extinction. In our cases, however, it is a question of death before detransition. We refuse to sacrifice our bodies and our minds to a transfemicide machine that seeks to eradicate and ethnically cleanse all of it, that seeks eugenics on us, that seeks xenophobic terror and colonisation against us.

We do not want simple unity, we want POLITICAL POWER and we want LIBERATION. We believe in the gay power. A proletarian revolution that does not guarantee trans and gay political power is COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY.

THIS IS A TRANSFEMINIST PROGRAMME. THE SURVIVABILITY OF TRANS WOMEN IS ESSENTIAL AND MANDATORY TO PROLETARIAN REVOLUTION. THERE CAN BE NO TRANSFEMINISM WITHOUT THE UNDERSTANDING OF TRANSMISOGYNOIR AS THE FULCRUM OF THE WHITE SETTLER COLONIALIST IMPERIALIST-GENDER ORDER.*

CRITIQUE: We cannot JUST unite trans people and especially trans women with cisgendered society, and cisgendered people. THE MATERIAL HARM THAT CISGENDERED PEOPLE HAVE CAUSED US must be addressed first AS WELL AS THE MATERIAL HARM CAUSES BY THE DOUBLE LAYER OF TRANSMISOGYNY/TRANSMISOGYNOIR. Trans-misogyny exempt people in our own communities have discriminated against us and trivalised our double or manifold oppression, super-exploitation and colonisation.

THE REVOLUTION WILL BE LEAD BY TRANS PEOPLE. THERE CAN BE NO REVOLUTION WITHOUT KEEPING TRANS WOMEN ALIVE. TRANS WOMEN HAVE BECOME A REVOLUTIONARY FORCE IN AND AGAINST CAPITALIST SOCIETY. TRANS WOMEN HAVE BECOME A CLASS IN OF ITSELF AND FOR ITSELF, AGAINST CISHETEROPATRIARCHY.

OUR TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM, or the MINIMUM PROGRAM, is therefore rather simple. We believe we are owed our due. We believe this is the barest minimum of concessions there can presently be.

1. De-gender all public documents.
2. The abolition of forcibly assigned sex at birth, and forcibly assigned gender markers. Implementation of gender self-determination on a maximised level. Gender to be determined by the person who is borne consciously.
3. No more newspaper requirements for the change of names. All names to be changed in complete privacy, on demand, at no cost, without a trial. All fees waived.
4. All ID changes, birth certificate changes, and social security card changes at no cost, as speedily as possible. Gender self-determination on request and with an indefinite number of changes.
5. Free progesterone, estrogen, spironolactone, finasteride at no cost, and over the counter. The abolition of all medical restrictions and prescriptions over HRT.
6. Free puberty blockers at no cost, over the counter, abolition of all medical restrictions and prescriptions over it.
7. Abolition of all patents on progesterone, estrogen, spironolactone,

9. Recognition that puberty blockers are essential to preventing future suicide.
10. De-gender all school dress codes. No more “male” and “female” categorization in schools.
11. Declaration of a transfemicide state of emergency everywhere.
12. Declaration of a trans murder and suicide rates as a national emergency or state of emergency.
13. Full decriminalization of all sex work.
14. Let every single sex worker out of prison.
15. Expunge each and every record of sex work so-called “crimes.”
16. Decriminalisation of all activities pertaining to sex work including around pandering and pimping (due to laws around this being used against sex workers rather than pimps).
17. Classification of discrimination as including the targeting of gender non-conforming clothing.
18. Removal of all transmedicalist language from all educational, medical, housing, governmental, judicial, etc documents, materials, code of conducts, etc.
19. End of a two gender binary. The option to identify as multiple genders or sexes, the implementation of a non-binary gender on all documents, IDs, certificates, identity-based resources, etc.
20. National recognition of non-binary gender.
21. National recognition of two-spirit.
22. Declaration of a native two-spirit transfemicide state of emergency. A national emergency.
23. Full establishment of anti-discrimination laws for two-spirit specifically.
24. Full establishment of anti-discrimination laws for non-binary people specifically.
25. Full establishment of anti-discrimination laws that ban the firing of trans proletarians for demanding pronouns and gender are recognized by clients.
26. Ban the firing of non-binary, two-spirit, and trans people based on so-called “aggression” for demanding pronouns and gender identity be both respected and recognised.
27. End all classification of any feminising surgery as either “cosmetic” or a “plastic” surgery.
28. Demand each and every feminising surgery is covered by insurance, and especially medicaid, on-demand, without need for documentation or doctors’ letters, and for free.
29. Immediate recognition and reclassification of all trans surgery as life-saving and as necessary care.
30. Complete ban on conversion therapy for youth AND for adults.
31. End the gay panic defense. End the trans panic defense.
32. Complete ban on intersex mutilation.
33. Complete recognition of intersex identity/existence. The implementation of anti-discrimination laws based on being intersex.
34. The mandatory recognition of intersex on all documents, in all judicial, governmental, educational, etc institutions.
35. The implementation of mandatory trans, non-binary, intersex, and two-spirit history and general education to be taught in schools.
36. Ban on all discrimination of trans, non-binary, intersex, and two-spirit people based on bathroom usage. Equal access to bathrooms for all based on gender self-determination.
37. Reparations for intersex people forcibly mutilated. Recognition of intersex genital mutilation as a form of cruel and unusual punishment.
38. Recognition of forced closeting of trans girls and trans women as a form of cruel and unusual punishment. The ban on hospitals to at any point, in any capacity, cease to cover transfeminising healthcare.
39. End v-coding and the forcing of trans people into facilities based on forcibly assigned and fake gender. Declaration of this practice as cruel and unusual punishment.
